STUDENTS/PARENTS: If your school subscribes and you don't know your school's login details, email info@studyskillshandbook.com.au and in the email let us know your name (or your student’s name if you are a parent), the name of one of the teachers, the school name and State and we will send the login details to you. Watch this video for the difference between the school username and tracking system username.
MAC USERS: If you get a message saying the password has been compromised in a data leak, no need for concern. Because the school login password is used by lots of people in the school community at different IP addresses as opposed to individual passwords, it is mistakenly flagged by the MAC system as a security breach.
